Horribly Rotten No Good Very Bad Day

Poor Bear had one of these yesterday. He was running down the driveway and tripped, which ended in a face first dive down the pavement,
Which resulted in this:
he's eating tomato soup

And this:
took off almost 1/2 his toenail
Again with the tomato soup drops

Everyday we go with my neighbor across the street on a walk to pick up her son from school. At the school they have concrete benches to sit and wait.  Bear was sitting and decided to get down. Well his shirt slid up and he slid down the concrete bench, which resulted in this:
Love the tomato soup running down his belly?! And his belly covered in pen?!
(I'm such an awesome mom huh?!)

Poor Bear =( It breaks my heart to see him covered in little boy ouchies. He woke up in mostly good spirits today. only a couple complaints of hurting toes and tummies, but other than that he's back to his awesome little 2 yr old self!

Lost in the Boxes

Funny. I felt this way just a few months ago while packing it all up. At least now they are in a garage instead of the living room. however they are harder to ignore out there. I guess part of the fun of moving is the unpacking and settling in.  I feel like the only thing I really have left to do is get the pictures on the wall. We have been keeping busy with work, and play, and more work. I have been working at the Puyallup Fair on Saturday helping out my uncle Sheldon with his Walk On Water booth. It is really cool and a lot of fun!
These are his kids doing it!
We gave our "Welcome to the ward" Talks in church last Sunday, I felt totally unprepared but got a lot of compliments so I guess it went well. It was our 3rd week at church, They read in our records, we spoke, I got my visiting teaching route, and then we got a calling! They really don't waste anytime here.  I am excited about this new ward. Everyone is really friendly and seems very willing to help out.

Here are some pics of the fun we've been having in our wonderfully marvelous, magical problem solving house!

Bubba is totally diggin the whole playing outside factor! This is what he does every free minute we can spare.

Bear LOVES to color on the sidewalk

I love this pic of bubba because it is soo him! He loves all things cowboy and has such a goofy personality.

Apparently Bubba missed the fact that we OWN Blankets. Because this is what he likes to do with the newspaper!

Daddy threw me an AWESOME Bday party! He wrote me a message.
Made me dinner (teriyaki shish kabobs) and bought me a chocolate filled chocolate frosted chocolate cake from Costco!

Daddy workin the Grill. He was a lot happier than he looks! He was just Focused!

This is how Bear eats corn on the cob. Totally cute!

My backwards cowboy! I love my Bubba Boy!
Uncle D. Has been living with us while he works all day everyday at the fair for our Uncle Sheldon's WOW Booth.
Uncles are VERY good for building you a fort to watch Toy Story in!
And that my friends, is our life so far.
Final pics of house to come soon....hopefully!

Sneak Peek

We'll get to the sneak peek in a bit. First a little about THE Day!!

Poor Bubba was soo sick! He had come down with a fever Sunday morning in the 104s!!! This was Tuesday and he was still so sick. So while it was in the 80's and he has a fever of 102...This is how we spent most of our day with him.

This is what Bear did!! He loves to jump and run and roll and fall ALL over our front yard!

Good thing I don't really care about grass stains right?! Grass stains are a badge of honor! They say you lived and enjoyed your day! I personally believe if your little boys (and girls) DON'T have grass stains at the end of the day. you need to go back outside and try again!

Daddy signing the papers!!

Right after I signed the papers. Poor bubba! I felt so bad for him!

YaY!!!! We have a house!!!

This is what it looked like our First night after we signed the papers!

Daddy's parents got Daddy a BBQ as a House warming gift! So we've been doing a lot of this:

Remember, Patience is a virtue and moving takes a lot of time. I'm hoping to have all the rooms at least picture worthy by the end of the day. ANNND The boys come home tomorrow from their 10 day vacation with Nana and Papa so I have to have at least their rooms put together!
....And I'm off!!!

*Edited to add: Nana just called, The boys will be coming home TODAY!!!! YAY!!!

BiiiizzzzZeeeee

Oh Man!! We have been goin goin goin non stop since I dropped the boys with Nana and Papa Last Friday  (a week ago)! We are almost put together, although you wouldn't know it by the sight of our Garage! Who know that you could accumulate such a RIDICULOUS amount of stuff!!! We are already feeling like we are running out of room for all that stuff! How on earth did we fit it all in our little apartment?! Needless to say, we are having a Garage Sale!! I can't find the cords that connect the camera to the computer yet which is why I have not posted any pics of the house in a while! But trust me. It's in the top 5 of things I need to find YESTERDAY! Along with the fabric for the kitchen curtains, the rest of my clothes, the rest of Greg's clothes, the rest of the Kitchen stuff (food), Piano books, The Desk stuff (Tape, pens, markers...) and about a million other things! Hahaha! So much for a top 5 huh?! That's pretty much my life right now. Kinna like Obama (yes I'm making a political joke/reference. But only because I heard it on the radio the other day and thought it was funny) I have a about a hundred "Top Priorities"!! Well. I guess it's back to unpacking, sorting and cleaning! *Sigh*. Ciao!

We Did It!!!!

We passed our inspection and have moved into our very first home! It has been amazing! I like to call it my magical problem solving house! I feel 100% better! I have 10 times more patience then I used to, I am motivated to get things done and cleaned up, and It is really starting to feel and look like a home! We've been so busy packing, cleaning, painting, unpacking, and visiting with neighbors that I don't have pics yet but I will soon!
This is where you get to have patience!!

Today's The Day!!!!

Our Final inspection is today!!! Nerves are on the rise. Anxiety is setting in. And what have I been doing for the past 2 days?!
Taking care of Him:

Poor Bubba woke up Sunday Morning with a fever of 104!! I stripped him down and it dropped to 102. By noon it was back up at 104.8 so we took him into urgent care. After an X-Ray, Blood work, a strep test, and urine sample (yes, Daddy got our 3 yr old, only been potty trained for 3 months, to go potty into a cup! Way to go Daddy!) They have no Idea why he has a fever! Our instructions were to take him home, give him Tylenol every 4 hrs and if it doesn't improve in  2 or 3 days to bring him back in.  So home we went! All night I woke up every 4 hrs, gave him Tylenol. It kept his fever down to 102 (yah...that's WITH Tylenol!) Yesterday his Tylenol was wearing off 2-3  hrs after he took it and his fever was spiking back up to 104 and sometimes 105!! SCARY!!! I called his Dr. and the nurse told me to double up. Tylenol, 2hrs later Motrin, 2 hrs later Tylenol....etc. So I went and got him some Motrin gave him some about 530/6pm, My Aunt K came down to help me out and by 7pm he was down to 98.9!! WOOHOO!!!! Aunt K White tornado'd my living room and kitchen, packing and cleaning! Thank you SO Much K!  I finally got him to eat something and drink some Gatorade. He slept all night and the highest his temp got was 100.8! I'm glad he is doing better. Bear is also Glad he is feeling better. Bubba has been sleeping for the past 2 days. So Bear has been lonely.
This is where he's been while Bubba sleeps.
Laying next to him, poking him, climbing and jumping on him. Just trying to play with him.
He's glad to have his brother back!
I loved my cuddly calm sleepy little boy. Hated that he was sick, but loved how sweet he was. I'm glad he's back to his normal chatty, rambunctious self! Welcome back Bubba!
