Sneak Peek

We'll get to the sneak peek in a bit. First a little about THE Day!!

Poor Bubba was soo sick! He had come down with a fever Sunday morning in the 104s!!! This was Tuesday and he was still so sick. So while it was in the 80's and he has a fever of 102...This is how we spent most of our day with him.

This is what Bear did!! He loves to jump and run and roll and fall ALL over our front yard!

Good thing I don't really care about grass stains right?! Grass stains are a badge of honor! They say you lived and enjoyed your day! I personally believe if your little boys (and girls) DON'T have grass stains at the end of the day. you need to go back outside and try again!

Daddy signing the papers!!

Right after I signed the papers. Poor bubba! I felt so bad for him!

YaY!!!! We have a house!!!

This is what it looked like our First night after we signed the papers!

Daddy's parents got Daddy a BBQ as a House warming gift! So we've been doing a lot of this:

Remember, Patience is a virtue and moving takes a lot of time. I'm hoping to have all the rooms at least picture worthy by the end of the day. ANNND The boys come home tomorrow from their 10 day vacation with Nana and Papa so I have to have at least their rooms put together!
....And I'm off!!!

BiiiizzzzZeeeee

Oh Man!! We have been goin goin goin non stop since I dropped the boys with Nana and Papa Last Friday  (a week ago)! We are almost put together, although you wouldn't know it by the sight of our Garage! Who know that you could accumulate such a RIDICULOUS amount of stuff!!! We are already feeling like we are running out of room for all that stuff! How on earth did we fit it all in our little apartment?! Needless to say, we are having a Garage Sale!! I can't find the cords that connect the camera to the computer yet which is why I have not posted any pics of the house in a while! But trust me. It's in the top 5 of things I need to find YESTERDAY! Along with the fabric for the kitchen curtains, the rest of my clothes, the rest of Greg's clothes, the rest of the Kitchen stuff (food), Piano books, The Desk stuff (Tape, pens, markers...) and about a million other things! Hahaha! So much for a top 5 huh?! That's pretty much my life right now. Kinna like Obama (yes I'm making a political joke/reference. But only because I heard it on the radio the other day and thought it was funny) I have a about a hundred "Top Priorities"!! Well. I guess it's back to unpacking, sorting and cleaning! *Sigh*. Ciao!

We Did It!!!!

We passed our inspection and have moved into our very first home! It has been amazing! I like to call it my magical problem solving house! I feel 100% better! I have 10 times more patience then I used to, I am motivated to get things done and cleaned up, and It is really starting to feel and look like a home! We've been so busy packing, cleaning, painting, unpacking, and visiting with neighbors that I don't have pics yet but I will soon!
This is where you get to have patience!!

Today's The Day!!!!

Our Final inspection is today!!! Nerves are on the rise. Anxiety is setting in. And what have I been doing for the past 2 days?!
Taking care of Him:

Poor Bubba woke up Sunday Morning with a fever of 104!! I stripped him down and it dropped to 102. By noon it was back up at 104.8 so we took him into urgent care. After an X-Ray, Blood work, a strep test, and urine sample (yes, Daddy got our 3 yr old, only been potty trained for 3 months, to go potty into a cup! Way to go Daddy!) They have no Idea why he has a fever! Our instructions were to take him home, give him Tylenol every 4 hrs and if it doesn't improve in  2 or 3 days to bring him back in.  So home we went! All night I woke up every 4 hrs, gave him Tylenol. It kept his fever down to 102 (yah...that's WITH Tylenol!) Yesterday his Tylenol was wearing off 2-3  hrs after he took it and his fever was spiking back up to 104 and sometimes 105!! SCARY!!! I called his Dr. and the nurse told me to double up. Tylenol, 2hrs later Motrin, 2 hrs later Tylenol....etc. So I went and got him some Motrin gave him some about 530/6pm, My Aunt K came down to help me out and by 7pm he was down to 98.9!! WOOHOO!!!! Aunt K White tornado'd my living room and kitchen, packing and cleaning! Thank you SO Much K!  I finally got him to eat something and drink some Gatorade. He slept all night and the highest his temp got was 100.8! I'm glad he is doing better. Bear is also Glad he is feeling better. Bubba has been sleeping for the past 2 days. So Bear has been lonely.
This is where he's been while Bubba sleeps.
Laying next to him, poking him, climbing and jumping on him. Just trying to play with him.
He's glad to have his brother back!
I loved my cuddly calm sleepy little boy. Hated that he was sick, but loved how sweet he was. I'm glad he's back to his normal chatty, rambunctious self! Welcome back Bubba!

Bikes & JuiceMilk

Has life ever made you laugh?! Well of course it has! We have been laughing a lot lately! It may be out of pure exhaustion. It may be because our house really is magical and problem solving. Who knows. Who cares. It's fun to laugh. Laughing is what makes the world go round right?!

Yesterday this AMAZING Man:
Took me for a ride on his bike! I had so much fun!  I loved being able to sit behind him and hang on, sometimes what felt like for dear life (But that's kinna the point right?!) I love the closeness of riding, the intimacy of being so close and giving all control to someone else. I love going fast. I loved stopping to cool off and talking while we rehydrate.
For our Anniversary he got me my riding jacket! I LOVE IT!!!!
Thank you SOOOO Much Babe!! I look forward to many more rides!!

As for this Guy!!! He is hilarious and keeps us laughing constantly. We woke up this morning to Bubba (who you can see laying in the background watching blues clues) having a fever of about 104. It's has since dropped to 102.6....poor guy =(.
But back to Bear! When asked what he wanted to drink this morning he says "Uhhhmmmmm Juice.Milk!"  Daddy laughs and says "which one, milk OR juice"
Bear " Uhhhmmmm Juice.Milk"
Laughing once again, Daddy says to him, "I'm so tempted to do it! But I think your mom would be grossed out"
I laughed and said I didn't care.
After some more laughing and some more of Bear insisting on getting his JuiceMilk. He got it, chugged it, and asked for more!
Curiosity got the best of me and I did try it...it's actually pretty good! Hahahaha!!
Keep Laughing! It's good for your abs!

6 Yrs Ago Today

There once was a boy.

And what would a story about a boy be without a girl

Now if there's a boy and girl, what would the story be without love at first sight?!

6 yrs and 6 months ago today, I went on a first date that changed the rest of my life!
I went on the last first date I would ever have!
The first date I had with my Husband!

We all know what first dates lead to...Cuddling
and more cuddling
*it's our favorite thing to do*

When not cuddling, we were hiking

and then after 6 months of cuddling, and talking, and laughing, and loving and hiking, we got married!

and we all know what marriage leads to!
Sing it with me now "1st comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby in the baby carriage"
After 2 yrs and 5 months, March 9th we welcomed Bubba

And a short 16 months later on July 15th, Bear Joined our family!

With a full apartment, we made a HUGE decision and signed some serious paperwork

Which somehow lead to this:

Which then lead to this:
*final inspection is on Tuesday*

And 6 yrs later, We still got it!

I love you Babe! Happy 6 yr anniversary! I look forward to the next 6 billion majillion.

BeaRs and DiNOsaUrs!!!

Last Wednesday kicked off our Zoo/Reunion Vacation Extravaganza!!!
Daddy's mom was kind enough to take us to the Portland Or. Zoo! That place is AMAZING!! If you've never been there, GO! It is Totally worth the drive!! We were there for 6 hrs and still didn't see everything!
This was my system! I put both boys in their backpacks and put the "leash" end on the Umbrella stroller so that they couldn't go very far!
Score 1 for Mommy!

First stop: Black Bear!

Bubba was Soooo Excited to see the fish! When at the Bald eagle exhibit, instead of looking at the Eagle that was 6 feet from us, he was looking down the 20 foot bank, through the trees, at the fish swimming in the water...so we went down to look at the fish!

at the petting zoo

Bubba pet a Goat!!
If you know Bubba (who, for the most part is TERRIFIED of dogs) this is a HUGE Deal!!!

Train ride through the zoo!

Fun!

It was such a huge drop off right next to the train! But it was a gorgeous view!

Penguins

Bubba...lookin for the Polar Bear
I love this picture

We found them, it was feeding time so they were all over next to one window.

Bear...watching the bear!!

Family of Bears!

They had a Dinosaur walk that Bubba absolutely LOVED!!

Some spit water at you!

Some were in some freaky fog

Some were GIANT!!! Those...he didn't like so much.
When we RAN by this one it growled and Bubba Screamed in my ear!

Little Archaeologists

Bear stuck it out till the very end.

Giraffe!

Pooped!

When we were done with the Zoo I took the boys down to California to go camping for my Family Reunion! That post to come!
*House Update*
Final Inspection is on the 17th of THIS MONTH!!! AHHHH!!! I'm going to go frantically throw stuff in boxes! *No not really Dear*
